✨️ My Favorite Stark is DEFINITELY Stark 2.0!!✨️

   Kristen Ashley's fourth in the Avenging Angels Series - Bad Medicine, just WOW! She had me SAT for Willow and Gabriel Stark from the very beginning!

If you're confused, like I was - Gabe Stark is Lucas Stark's 1st cousin (so younger cousin obviously.) I love the way she writes Willow and Gabe as though they're being together is already an afterthought,  like you thought there was going to be some 3rd Act dramatic break up? Ummm... NO! Gabe starts out in love with Willow, and every time she tries to push him away he comes back for more!

I love this entire book, I love going back and forth between the sex workers and what they're actually "getting" from their relationship. Never mind that sex work IS WORK, but at least one of these women the gentleman (maybe I'm being loose in my description of him here) has been down bad for this woman from the very beginning. He's not just paying for her time, he's also paying for her tuition, or at least trying to get her to let him to. He spends the night, he buys the pretty things - their relationship is more of a Grouchy Pretty Woman with a quiet guy. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Gabe Stark is probably my favorite Stark because unlike Luke he doesn't resort to handcuffs and a penthouse suite apartment with a lifetime serving of Diet Soda needed by Ava to roll out of bed every morning, lol. He resorts to the Cinderella carry every time and it does something to Willows heart. He's a softer man, he didn't have the ugly father and have to learn his way around him. There's a scene y'all, I don't want to ruin it for you, but they are so soft, I just fell for both of them in that instance. 

I adore the softer, but still just as bada$$ Willow. She's a baker, she's ready to feed her man, AND everyone around her to keep them happy. Her conversation with Gabe about Knox and Luna, and maybe Liam, and, and, made me giggle because I was literally having flashbacks of Lee and Indy from years ago and Lee telling Indy to take a breath and wait on them to make up their own mind. And Willow is NOT soft when it comes to women who've done Gabe wrong, so she's got a little Ava in her. I love their late night convos- when she asks him what's up for the rest of their life, and says she hasn't been to the Caribbean, and he instead says he wants to go to Puerto Rico. 

If you're looking for a Stark 2.0 then just remember that Authors grow, and so does their writing and Gabe is probably the Stark I would have begged for the first time, but the glimpse of Luke is enough to settle that craving. And you'll get Stark 2.0 on the streets with the rest of the new Nighingale men, and you'll love every bit of him too! I can't WAIT for the next Avenging Angels story, and to see if it really is Knox and Luna's turn!!
