🎄 Sleigh Bells and Snowstorms is a Fun, Fast-Paced, Sweetheart of a Holiday Romance!!🎄

❄️🦌🎄"Jensen Lakes was exactly the sort of complication I did not need."

Y'all, I adored Jensen Lakes and Natalie Thatcher! Even more I loved Narrators, Shane East and CJ Bloom! Done in Duet Narration, it is FABULOUS listening to Jensen's warm, British accent counter Natalie's originally frosty tones as she strives to keep this gorgeous man far, far away from her.

Jensen is in Tilikum on a search for a stolen diamond necklace, and Natalie is on strike from her work as a nurse because her hospital won't pony up the funds, and pay her and her co-workers what they're worth. 

Now I know Claire Kingsley didn't know, but one of my favorite kind of stories are jewelry heists, and then the good guys trying to get them back, so when she offered up this ALC I was in LOVE without even knowing what it would truly sound like. 

But then listening to Jensen and Natalie make the decision to break into the apparent suspects house during a Holiday party it just got better, and better! The funny, but "oh no!" moments of Natalie running into a truly awful ex-partner (why is it always some sleazy doctor! Ew!!), and Jensen's desire to rip the man's hands off for ever having the audacity to have touched Natalie, let alone ruin her desire to be with any good man is just almost tear-jerking.

There are other parts of Sleigh Bells and Snowstorms that have made this one of my favorite Audibles this year - the sweetness of Jensen interacting with Natalie's niece and sister, and the fun-spirited nature of every phone conversation he has with his sister. It all just really made me wonder if there might be a British guy just waiting to go on a heist-filled holiday with little old me!! 

I truly had so much fun with Sleigh Bells and Snowstorms, Jensen and Natalie are obviously a five star read, and sets me up ready to read Claire Kingsley's next book! I always have so much fun!
