🖤✨️Max & Miko are a tension filled ride from beginning to end!✨️🖤

I loved Max and Miko from the very beginning! There's so much tension, the spice is HAWT, the morally grey MMC is really a green guy who loves taking care of people, and the FMC is a gorgeous little thief who enjoys taking advantage of the sexy guys because of trauma in her past.

Miko is busy wasting her off hours pickpocketing sexy men because now it brings her a kind of relief of the tension from her day job. When she lifts Max's wallet she has no idea what is in it, or how much trouble she's now in. When she figures it out she's going to return the wallet, she and her friend Lil have decided that's the best course, but before she can some guy breaks into her and her roommates home and steals it - beating her senseless while he's at it. 

Max is having a really good day, dreaming about delivering the goods in his wallet to Cosimo, eventually making Capo and finally having life the way he wanted it when he notices a gorgeous gal who then bumps him really hard. He goes to apologize, but she's gone - with his wallet and the goods! Max goes to see his cousin Zeno, the computer/cameras genius who is mine, just mine... ALL MINE! Tattoos, long hair, executive function issues, and a bit of a needy type guy, but I can deal with his kind of needy because he's still all in for the Family! 

After Zeno ID's Miko, Max takes off to get his stuff, only to find her at her home shortly after the guy robbed and beat her. So of course Max being the real green guy that he is, offers up his place. And now we're on with the forced proximity!

Max & Miko stake out the place he stole the goods, they end up in one bed, even though there are two rooms, and Max has NO problem taking his clothes off in front of Miko just to get in the shower! Y'all, that was so HAWT, I was finding it hard to breathe!! 

The tension goes higher from here, and I definitely don't want to spoil it for you, you just have to read the book! Jessica Gadziala knows how to make my heart pound in more than one way, this was an excellent start for her for 2025!!
