Ms Adams has once again rocked my world with Hostile Fates!! This is the third book I've read by her, and each time the "soul twin" love has just about killed me when they're yanked apart.

Elle, Elleora AKA Precious, has been dragged through life damaged by one man or another until she has given up all sense of worth and finally decided to take things into her own hands. She just wasn't expecting Duke AKA Lynx to show up in the middle of her club, and need some serious help. But Lynx, in the middle of falling apart, recognizes her and knows he needs to keep her with him - she's the only one for him.

Lynx is a hotshot, mentally damaged as a kid, he knows he has to get it together when he's wounded and finds Elle as a result. He immediately needs to teach her she's worth it all, but how does he do that when he's just learning that himself?

I loved Lynx and the rest of the protective Stallions so much, they often made me cry over several pages. They do so much for Elle, teaching her what it means to be fully human again, and what a beauty to see all these bada$$ bikers lay down their own anger and grief to give all their love to their new MC Queen. 

None of this means anyone is really safe in the end, and going back and forth between Lorenzo Marchetti and the crew he keeps sending after them eventually attempts to destroy the Stallions AND the Redemption Riders from the inside out.

Five out of five stars for a love story so brilliant, two souls tied together throughout this lifetime and the next is beyond flawless,  and always brings me back to Ms. Adams for more!
