🖤 Josie & Matteo are in the right place, as long as that's together!!🖤

 Wow!! I was not prepared for the level of the WAY WRONG PLACE Jessica Gadziala was willing to put Josie in to tell this story!!

Josie, a party planner, accidentally sees Matteo Grassi doing something he needed to do, but seriously needed to find a better place to do, and her life kind of spirals from there for a while. 

I think Josie is going to be my Queen B for a while, I mean seriously, who thinks to blackmail a member of the mafia? Especially a member of the mafia so well known in Navesink Bank? That takes some brass...

Matteo Grassi, on the other hand, bless him. He seems to start out this book not sure what he wants to be doing. He's pulled so far back from the Family that he really doesn't know what's going on which makes it easy for the family to miss what's going on with him when the sh** starts hitting the fan for real.

I give him all the credit in the world though, because when Josie needs someone and he's the one she calls, he is all in from the beginning. I love, LOVE watching as his calm, cool collected self switched to the biggest, baddest alpha on the block. 

There were some serious moments in this book where I found myself holding my breath, or reading faster to make sure everything was going to be ok. Ms. Gadziala hasn't given us such a nerve-wracking, spine tingling, adrenaline rush in quite a while, and while I'm totally here for it - watching Luka lose his cool is a little scary.

A 5-star shot out of the park from the author who has proven she can write the doors off anything!!
