☆☆☆“You are worthy.”☆☆☆

Coming back to Author AM Johnson's work, especially as a Queer person in the reading community is like coming home.  Dear Mr. Brody is no different, I am always giddy with excitement to read a new book of hers, but the For Him series has truly stolen my heart. 

Parker and Donovan were like a soft place to land, a truly happy place for me to be for two whole days, and the poetry in Ms. Johnson's words are the icing on a truly delectable (and SEXY) cake.

Parker has a side of him that not many have gotten to see, so much of himself he's had to keep locked up over the last four years, but now he's out and he's not going back in the closet for anyone. But when he figures out who his new date is, will he be willing to hide for just a little longer?

Donovan has never gotten to explore this side of himself, married to the first girl he ever dated until very recently, but even then he never forgot that he was always attracted to both men and women. When he agrees to meet up with his new crush, he is stunned to find out who it is, and his first instinct is to run. Can he acknowledge what is right there in his head and heart, or is he going to force himself to do what he thinks is right?

Dear Mr. Brody is sweetness and light for the most part, super fun and sexy, with very low angst, this is the second book in just as many weeks that my heart was able to sigh in happiness, and sink into, as I relaxed into the beauty of the relationships building all around me. 

One of my absolute favorites this year, I'd give Dear Mr. Brody 10 stars if I could!!
