Cora Reilly does Age Gap, Slooooow Burn, Mafia Romance better than almost any author I've read in this genre, and I'm so glad I've found this series!!

Aria is ordered at 15 to marry Luca, The Vise, Vitiello, next in line to head the Italian New York Mafia to try and head off more attacks from the Russian Bratva and the Taiwanese, when she turns eighteen. She is, of course, terrified, and her sisters and Luca's cousins certainly don't help. Arias beauty, meant to attract Luca, and keep him on the hook for three years only serves as a detractor when she continously flinches on their wedding night and Luca cannot figure out why she's so terrified of him. Yes, Luca's a Made Man, but he's never wantonly hurt a woman, but he also missed the conversation with the overwrought Bibiana, and his sneaky whore Grace. Once Aria discovers the depths of her love for Luca she unfortunately learns that just like her father he will betray her for The Famiglia.

Luca has been a Made Man since 11 after his first kill when assassins snuck in and tried to murder his father, brother Matteo, and him. He's known as The Vise for killing a man by crushing his trachea, but for all that he does have SOME morals. Too bad it takes him so long to show Aria any of them at all. Luca is my kind of Capo, over the top sexy with a filthy mouth, once he finally succeeds in seducing Aria the sex is BLINDINGLY HOT!! The lengths he is willing to go to to ensure her safety should scare the pants off the men around him, but just as Aria and Luca are finding their way The Bratva find a way to get to him that may bring him to his knees. 

There aren't enough words for how much I love this book! The action, the deception, the suspense, and the flagrant heat kept me entranced from the first page to the last!!
