4.5 Stars for Huck and Harmon!!
4.5 Stars for the craziness that IS watching the New Henchmen in Florida get their feet wet!!
"That it is all about the journey. That nothing else really matters, nothing else is promised."
Huck is exactly what the doctor ordered as President in any brand new MC story from Jessica Gadziala, especially if that brand new MC is the daughter chapter of The Henchmen. He has it all, a calm, rational thought process, takes good care of his men, and doesn't mind getting a little bloody on occasion if the need arises. He has all this, until at least, he meets Harmon, who quietly sets about rocking his whole world!
Harmon is just quietly minding her own business in the house next door, trying to get down to work each day (well, she would be, if not for the 24/7 music!) until her brother comes to take her to lunch one day, and in the process of her flipping out in a pretty hard core way, Huck thinks he needs to rescue her.
What ensues is a raucous and wild ride through Miami and the suburbs, getting to know the new Florida Henchmen and their hangers on in a way we didn't have time for in Gus's story. It was nice to learn who's who, and what's going on with more than just one person, and really getting a good look at the ground floor of the new Henchmen 2.0!
All in all, a lot of fun with Huck and his men, Harmon and her sweet, smart mouth, and all the bad a bunch of relatively new MC men can get up to in the heat in Miami!!
