In Refrain, Kai and Rhyson are finally together, so all should be smooth sailing right? WRONG!

With everything from old choreographers, to crazed stalkers (who are moving quickly from ordinary to over the top dangerous), to singers and pianists playing with Rhyson that want to PLAY with Rhyson, Rhys and Kai just can't manage any down time.

Even though parts of the book, Refrain, felt rushed, the majority of it felt strangely intimate. Kennedy Ryan has captured the essence of Kai and Rhys, allowing us a picture into their romantic lives, and showing us the warmth of the love they've fought so hard to enjoy together. Sexy even through the arguments, and loving over and beyond the fear Kai and Rhyson are both suffering, Refrain was a nice way of saying goodbye to such a power house couple!
