When Tilda lost it bc of the dancing, and explained what she actually wanted it was an epiphany for me. I understand the feeling that you're too big, too bold and loud to be considered attractive. When Bastian failed to respond I was incredibly sad for Tilda.
Tamsen didn't leave it there for me to suffer through, she gives the best kind of love to her characters. Showing all of us how she can bring joy, love, and satisfaction to these 2 very imperfect characters.
