I almost SWOONED during the scene where Cole goes to pick Frederic (Freddy) up at the bar and finds him shirtless behind the bar tending bar, who really knows why? When Cole gets him back in his car and they're having a discussion, Cole finally finds out Freddy has a crush on Callie and Freddy cups Coles hand in a sweet gesture. When he FINALLY kicks Freddy out to go home, he's just sitting there questioning that he really wanted to kiss his friend. Like KISS HIM, kiss him.

There is enough miscommunication that leaves Callie and Freddie pining after each other, and gives us all the lust and groveling after each other everyone really needs until the bad guy comes hunting Callie. Layla did a FANTASTIC job with the bad guy, I was left wondering who in the heck he could possibly be, and the feeling that he was creepy AF!!
The rest of Little Goddess is just HAWT, Sexy times after they find out that Callie would definitely never remain attached to Eternal Sun, especially with the way she was treated as a child by her parents.
I am left hoping that Layla's new series will be more of the same, INTENSE Romantic Suspense, Sexy why choose with a pretty fiery, girl who loves all three men fiercely with all her heart. This is the kind of why choose, and Romantic Suspense I love, nothing feels faked, or laid over, it's all incredibly intense, and I'm going to miss all of these characters! My first six star of 2025, Layla Frost has hit it out of the park!!
