♡♡♡Sweet & Swoony Friends to Lovers!♡♡♡

  Y'all I am so, SO in love with this sweet and swoony book from LJ Evans!! Marco and Cassidy are seriously divine, if they could get out of their own way long enough to make headway with each other!!

Cassidy is a sweet single Mom doing her best to make sure her baby is taken care of, that her brother is paid back in a timely manner, and no one but her is working way too hard. But when danger rears its ugly head Cassidy wants to keep that from her family too, not understanding they're the best ones to be able to help her.

Marco, gah, poor Marco!! I just wanted to shake him for a good portion of the book! He's done so much good, so many good things for so many people, but he's constantly leaving himself behind. So many people are trying to show him the love he deserves, but his walls are so high he may never be able to see  over them.

I absolutely adored the different types of family Ms. Evans built in this book. Her ability to show that found families are just as important, if not more so, than blood family ties in with each member we meet. 

Marco and Cassidy have all the love they need right there on each page, but LJ kept me worrying up until the very last minute that they would not find their way through. Cassidy's turmoil is heartwrenching, I could absolutely feel her pain leeching through to me, and I just wanted so badly to make it all go away.
