What happens at the bachelorette party, does not stay at the party!!

Holy ZOMG!! There are not enough words for the amount of orgasms laid down by Max Monroe in The Bet!!

The beginning is FIRE, I mean who even DOES that in the middle of a lap dance, and then Jude actually has a conscience? This is probably why I didn't COMPLETELY DESPISE him for 75% of the book. 

Jude is a club promoter who gets talked into a bet, and in doing so meets the identical twin of the bride to be during a lap dance of all places ~ coincidentally one of the best meet cutes I've read in a while! 

I wanted to throttle Jude through almost the entire book. He's a fun guy, THE FUN GUY, but he's never going to be attached to anyone and meeting Sophie doesn't make that any different. Even when I could tell he's actually having feelings, he just keeps brushing them off to have "fun". And it stunk because he's so attached to his family, responsible with his work, it's just this ONE area he won't commit to. Grrrr, it's a good thing he's HOT AF and the sex is even hotter!

Sophie is an event planner who has planned her sisters wedding, and bachelorette party down to the last when her sister suddenly gets cold feet and won't sit for Jude to do the "Magic Mike" dance during the party. Rather than ruin the whole party, the women switch places and things get REALLY interesting from there!

Sophie is the only one left of her sisters not married, and she keeps rejecting dates that don't check all the right boxes out of the gate. Her therapist encourages her to date for fun, and when Jude accidentally ruins her first fun date he makes up for it with a bang!! 

My first book by Max Monroe definitely did not disappoint! This RomCom ticked all the boxes, parts that were so funny I was almost in tears, an excellent storyline, and sexy times that were SMOKIN HOT!! I absolutely loved Sophie and Judes families, and I can't WAIT for the next book in the series! 5 SMOKIN HOT STARS!!
