Every Lucy Score book is better than the one before! Dom and Ally are absolute perfection, and I couldn't begin to hate him because he's not only funny AF while calling someone he doesn't even know yet Maleficent, he's just genuinely a good man!

There are so many pieces in this book that made me want to stand up and applaud, from Christian's inclusive fashion line for those that need things like hidden seems and magnetic closings, to Ally drawing blood on Dom (just once, he deserved it!)

As with every Lucy Score book, By A Thread is funny as hell and supremely sexy, but there is so much more! One of the best authors currently writing, Lucy tackles the tough issues of today, makes us laugh, and includes characters that don't look like the romance characters we are all used to.

I loved every page, cried when she introduced a transwoman for a magazine cover and on Ally's Dad's bad days, and laughed myself sick about dogs that absolutely were NOT the supremely chill Afghan hounds Linus needed.
